Finding and Securing Your New Home

STEP #1 The What 

Discuss the most important factors you need, want, and would like for your new home. The following pages will help you narrow down what is most important.

 

STEP #2 Get Email Alerts

I will set-up your email alert for homes that match your criteria and you will begin to get new and updated listings direct to your inbox. We can make adjustments to the criteria at any time.

 

STEP #3 Tour Homes

We tour homes of interest to you. Some require 24 hour notice to show, so let me know as soon as possible if you want to see something. We can meet at the office and travel together, or I can meet you there. Plan for at least 20 minutes at each showing.

 

STEP #4 Pricing

You have found the one! I will present comparable sales data to help you get a feel for price, and then we will discuss the details of what you would like to offer. The offer is 10 pages (available here), so feel free to take a look in advance and familiarize yourself with the contract.

 

STEP #5 Making an Offer

We are in a competitive market right now, especially in specific price ranges, so we will discuss how to make our offer the most attractive (hint: it is not only about offer price.) We can meet in person to discuss, or by phone with digital signatures.
